Brand New Sparkling Clean Butcher Shop
Brand new sparkling clean butcher shop featuring fresh beef, pork, burgers, sausages, chorizo, giant stuffed baked potatoes, marinated chicken and even fresh seafood (tuna, salmon and sea bass when I was there yesterday). The frozen case features more meat and seafood (great ham hocks for soup!) as well as ground meat for pets. They also have an extensive selection of rubs, marinades, and bbq sauces. Everything looked incredibly fresh and the steaks are excellent. Trying the kiltlifter brats next. This is a father/son local business that deserves our support!

Oh my goodness the best meal ever!
Stopped in on opening day. Picked up a Prime Bone in Ribeye and a tenderloin for the grill. Also had twice baked potatoes. Oh my goodness the best meal ever! Going back today!!
