“OK wow! My wife is from New York I am not and she swore by butchers, finally we got one I was hesitant because I’m the cook and house. So we go and try the meat at this place, amazing, it will blow your mind the quality is amazing everything that we’ve cooked has been awesome support local. Highly recommended: Filet mignon, chicken tenders, ribeye, sausages, ground sirloin.

First time in on Sunday Sept 15th. Clean, friendly and GREAT quality and selection! Picked up two rib eye steaks for dinner. Delicious! Will surely return.

Brand new sparkling clean butcher shop featuring fresh beef, pork, burgers, sausages, chorizo, giant stuffed baked potatoes, marinated chicken and even fresh seafood (tuna, salmon and sea bass when I was there yesterday). The frozen case features more meat and seafood (great ham hocks for soup!) as well as ground meat for pets. They also have an extensive selection of rubs, marinades, and bbq sauces. Everything looked incredibly fresh and the steaks are excellent. Trying the kiltlifter brats next. This is a father/son local business that deserves our support!

Stopped in on opening day. Picked up a Prime Bone in Ribeye and a tenderloin for the grill. Also had twice baked potatoes. Oh my goodness the best meal ever! Going back today!!

  Great Butcher Shop… excellent service, an array of options including aged steaks. I really enjoy the Tomahawk steaks and the Porterhouse cuts. Reminds me of the Meat Butcher shops in Chicago. I was there on Christmas Eve and there was a line outside the door waiting to order. Great to see a Family run operation doing so well. Nothing like a Prime cut of Steak.   I really like this butcher shop. I'm sure they're not the cheapest but to have very good beef. I always get the t-bone or the porterhouse steaks. Good service. If they don't have what you want in the case, they'll take it out of the refrigerator and take it in the back and they'll cut it for you. The quality is excellent. Very tend to meet. Good service.   Coming from WI, I had the best meat from a farm that was so good, that I got spoiled. When I have time, my wife and I have been looking (for 3 years) for a good butcher shop in the area. I have actually been looking for 6 years. Almost every place we tried just didn't trip my trigger. My wife works with someone who used to work at Chucks, and she recommended the place, so off we went! OMGoodness...they did not disappoint! We bought several things to try including, bacon, 3 different types of brats/sausages, pork tenderloin, on the bone chicken breast, chicken wings, marinated fajita meat, a couple of fresh water shrimp, and the kicker...ground beef that they ground for me the way I wanted it and picked up the next day. The bacon was exceptionally flavorful and not over-salty as thick bacon is sometimes, the beef has excellent flavor and I HAVEN'T TASTED CHICKEN THIS GOOD IN YEARS! It was very juicy and tender. The shrimps were really really good The prices are very reasonable, the staff was really nice, and Chuck's wife Cassie introduced herself, wanted to know our names and talked to us like she had know us forever. We can't wait to eat up the stuff we have in the freezer so we can go buy more. WE FOUND OUR BUTCHER SHOP!!!
